The FlyTampa-Amsterdam_LC folder is missing from you scenery library.
You will need to add it and place it below FlyTampa-Amsterdam like this:

FlyTampa-Amsterdam
FlyTampa-Amsterdam_LC

Confirmed that the installer not adding the Amsterdam_LC to the scenery library.

I had an error something with autogen and XML (stupid me forgot to write it down) Autogen folder is empty, and the installer didn't add either AMS or AMD_LC. The airport works as far as i can tell, noticed flickering at a few spots doing circles around the area.

I had this same issue with the installer. It did not add the LC automatically to the Scenery Library. Adding it manually fixed the problem and the airport looks fantastic.
