[SOLVED] Elevation issue (p3dv4.2)

Post by oscardelta77 » Wed May 23, 2018 1:21 pm

I've bought Flytampa's EHAM a week ago.
Unfortunately, i can't use it. When EHAM is loaded, my plane is under the ground. I can see airport traffic above me.

Scenery are declared in P3D's library.
Patch is applied, and files deleted as requested.
File "dummy.bgl" is present in p3droot\scenery\world\scenery.
I also tried to move it in p3droot\scenery\base\scenery.

still no luck. I wrote to the support but had no response...

I do not have Orbx or FTX products.

the only EHAM scene i've ever had was the p3d's stock scene...

May someone help me ?
Regards,
Oliver

hi Oliver, when you say 'Scenery are declared in P3D's library' does this include both the Amsterdam, and Amsterdam_LC entries?

Hi Emilio,

Yes, both of them are declared. I'm at work and I can't send you a picture to show you. (it was an attachment of my email, if you can see it)

Edit : Unfortunately, i'm not allowed to add picture here, as i am a new user ... :?

Move the "AFX_EHAM_flytampa_dummy.bgl" file from World/scenery folder to Base/scenery folder.

Hi z28,
I've already done that before with no luck ... So i've move again the file to Base/scenery folde, and closed everything.

Then i've lauched P3dv4 at EHAM again, and no more elevation issue.

Thank You !!!
