Hotfix [AI traffic-FSX/P3D]

We' ve found some conflict between our mesh elevation data and AI traffic approach altitudes. This hotfix will fix that and also boost the amount of traffic inbound LGKR.

Extract the .zip anywhere on your desktop. Open the extracted folder and find the 'FlyTampa' folder. Copy/paste the 'FlyTampa' folder into the root folder of your sim (FSX/P3D). Replace all when asked.
