A palm leaf hut? Are you suggesting that New Zealand people live in palm leaf huts? It's not Hawaii, we barely even have palms here.
I'm just saying, PC's here aren't designed to be as powerful as they are in the US, and if you want one, it'll cost you a fortune.
That's why I prefer to stick with FS2004, along with other things, such as FSX isn't as good for Airline flights following schedules.

Sam I do not think this is true anymore. There are so many tweaks for FSX today you can get away with using older hardware still. Simmarket has a tweak program that changes sliders on the fly to help you get a smooth experience. https://secure.simmarket.com/fsps-xtreme-fsx-pc.phtml

You have many options today to get FSX to run just as good and look just as good as FS9
