No snow in Montreal

Hey there,

Not sure if I'm the only one but there doesn't seem to be snow at FT YUL anymore during the winter. I've had this scenery since P3D V2 and always appreciated how wonderful it looks in the winter. Worked great in P3D V3. Now that I've finally made the leap to V4, I installed the scenery using the FSX_P3D_14 installer (which couldn't find an fsx or p3d install despite me having both P3D V3 and V4 installed), ran the configurator, applied the V4 patch found here and got an unhandled exception error when trying to turn off the 3D grass. Anyway fired up the sim regardless, the performance is probably the best i've ever had out of CYUL. But there's simply no snow in winter. The drifting snow is sometimes visible, but the airport looks like this:

Anyway, help would be appreciated.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the scenery and the latest configurator and libraries. Both Libs and Scenery are activated in the Scenery library.

I might have forgotten the seasonal code or uploaded the wrong file. I'll look into it soon.

Wow, that's the quickest reply I've ever gotten from a support forum. Thanks George. I know you must be busy with the upcoming KBOS. Cheers for the answer. Seems the configurator isn't swapping the files. It just greys out for a second then says done. I seem to remember it showing progress on the file swap with earlier versions.

I think YYZ is affected as well.

This patch should fix it. Unzip the BGL files & copy them to you Montreal\scenery folder. Overwrite the originals.
