No RWY, Taxiways and stand gates lines mark

Hi Gents,
Re downloaded scenery on P3DV4 + patch.zip and photo.bgl.
No circulation marks, centerline, etc. on entire scenery
Had scenery installer on .V3 and FSX and everything was displayed.
Any suggestions on what went wrong?

As indicated on the top of .zip files, I did a manual installation which went on successfully.
