PAPI misplaced

Hello to all Pilots, I started Departure in KPWM rwy18 near the KBOS airport. Any idea how to fix the misplaced PAPI lights?.

I purchased the Boston KBOS and tried Departure from one of the nearest airport as KPWM and is when I found the papi lights misaligned. I thought the nearest airports are part of the FlyTampa Boston. I learned the KPWM has nothing to do with Boston KBOS package. In fact I found others closer airports of Boston KBOS and they have the same papi lights issues.
