New Taxilanes and other stuff
New Taxilanes and other stuff
Hi there, some months ago two taxilanes have been added north of Skylink: TL41 orange - north of TL40 and TL39 blue - south of TL40. Would be nice to have them added to the scenery in a future update (if there is one to be planned).
Some pictures I found on the web:

Night lighting:

As well I have noticed some errors on the ILS approach to all runways - in LOWW V2 the DME reads appr. 2 NM on touchdown, but official approach plates show that DME should read zero at touchdown zone. Furthermore at the stop lines (for M1, M2, L1, L2, W4, E1, E2, E3, D2, ...) on the taxiways the signs indicating the stops are missing (they were already there and indicated on the charts, when LOWW V2 was released). And the old red stop signs (SIERRA, ...) which are not existing anymore (which already didn't exist when LOWW V2 came out) are still there.
I find the scenery to be absolutely great, these are just some things I found to be missing for the scenery to be perfect.
Cheers

Yes ! Please make an update. With only this one taxiline the traffic always comes towards me and I have to make a detour. Also the runway 16/34 was refurbished this spring and is now much darker. Hope for a reply!
Re: New Taxilanes and other stuff
There are currently some construction works going on - a new hangar is about to be added to the general aviation center west. Once that is completed, the old gac east will be demolished and new aircraft parking stands will be erected there (Code letter F aircraft - for 748, A380, A124, ...). Should be finished in early summer 2014 (maybe even earlier). I'll keep you posted and add some pictures of that, once it has progressed further...

*bump*
Any chance of an update?
Of course you guys have a lot of other new sceneries to work on currently, but it would still be absolutely fantastic to see a little update for VIE
