737 autopilot and is FSX time slower then real time?

Post by SpeedbirdATC » Mon Jul 22, 2013 4:45 pm

Hi I am new to the 737 and Boeing in general ( I fly mostly Airbus) so I was wondering, what is CWR A and CWR B below CMD A and CMD B ( I know what those are) also, I flew from EGLL EHAM a while a go and total FLIGHT time was 30min, however in FSX it took me about 1 hr! so if anyone can help that would be great :D

Your best bet is to ask these questions in either the forum of the maker of the FS Aircraft, or post on AVSIM forums. Just a suggestion.

PS... your signature is way to large.

I do fly with a real Computerized Flightplans, I can tell you if you are flying advanced A/C addons, you have the exact accuracy that you would have in the real world, you might be flying different route or different Flight Levels with a different weather conditions, many parameters need to be considered.

CWS is the Control Wheel Steering, you aircraft will maintain the bank or the pitch that you have put thru the yoke & will maintain it as long as the CWS is activated, its mostly used when flying in turbulent air in order to maintain a constant pitch attitude, all depends on the SOP of the company of course.

Copied from my AVSIM post:

Correct. Flight Aware is for US (domestic, international in/out). For other countries domestic you need to go to those sites: I.E: http://www.ead.euroc.../index.php.html http://www.eurofpl.eu/ http://www.ais.org.u...1&Itemid=2.html http://aviadocs.net/AIP/html/eng.htm http://www.navcanada...cts\default.xml

Simroutes is another great resource for flight planning: http://www.simroutes.../showplans.aspx

You can also check the individual VATSIM divisions web sites as they often have links to their preferred routes. VATSIM ARTCCs and FIRs often have SOPs which is why you might get a controller who doesn't like your flight plan. They will usually provide you with an alternate route to use. They do this to try and decrease workload for their neighboring ARTCCs and FIRs as well as try and be real world to match the real facility procedures.

Hope this helps.
