Midway V2.0 (FSX)

Chicago Midway V.2 for FSX.

Version 2.0 is similar to the Vienna 2.0 Update, not a complete re-make like Tampa. The FS9 version remains as is (V 1.0).

If you have an existing key from the original KMDW V.1, simply purchase the V.2 Update to get the FSX version (this is a full installer that will ask for your V.1 key).
If you are a new customer, ordering the full KMDW V.2 provides you both V.2 for FSX and V.1 for FS9.

New features in the V.2 FSX include:

- New surrounding Photoscenery with more and updated custom landmarks.
- Updated ground textures.
- Sections of the Terminal updated.
- Parking Garages updated.
- Updated jetways and apron clutter.
- Updated night lighting.
- FSX road traffic.
- Volumetric Grass.

Looks good Martin. I know a bunch of people have been wanting an FSX version of this airport. Had I not already bought the airport across town (KORD) I would jump on it right now, although I imagine at some point i'll pick it up.

I'm praying that you'll do a KSAN v2.0 or "reboot", that would be really awesome since you pretty much ruled out KSEA due to performance in that area and Flightbeam already having done KSFO.

Oliver has had the new files for a week but I don't know when his next AES release is. I don't think the FS9 AES files for KMDW will work with the new FSX version of KMDW. The FS9 version itself remains the same so that of course still works.

Yes, the FSX Version of KMDW will be part of the next AES Version, when it will be available is not defined yet, but I hope to have it finished in the next 2 weeks.
