Good afternoon, last week on March 17th I sent an email to your support address regarding my order passwords being expired. I have recently completed a new pc build and when I went to download the scenery packages that I had purchased a few years back, it stated that the passwords were expired. I have yet to receive a response and was looking to see if it is possible to either have the passwords reactivated or be issued new ones.
I am also the same i sent an email at the weekend and not yet received a reply. This is so i can upgrade my products to the universal installer.
If you haven't gotten new downloads link yet, please resend the emails.
