I had the same problem for KORD, and desactivated the chicago.bgl. Now it works!

I finaly found the guilty : the copenhagen.bgl in D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D V3\Scenery\EURW\Scenery

Now I can fly to and from CPH.
