Release dates do not exist in flight simulation. It'll be released when it's ready.

It'll never happen and it doesn't need to happen. FSDT sceneries are top notch just like FlyTampa's. If they're messing up your sim that bad, then you're either trying to force them to work on poor hardware, or you are in fact pirating them.
