Figured everything out - Problem was due to some outstanding freeware Meigs scenery - Once I removed it, autogen worked.

1) Tried to copy the autogen BMPs to my root FS2004/Texture folder but saw that they were already there

2) In my FlyTampa-Midway textures folder, I've got 9 AGN files.
