it moves up and down on the 737 but not on the leveld 767

I tried all the gates on that list of int/domestic ik-jetways thats publishes on the manual for sydney and they all do the same thing. i use the Level d 767.

Hello, I have parked in most of the gates where there are animated jetways but for some reason the jetways do not adjust vertically to line up with the door. They move out towards the aircraft just fine but do not move up and down.
