I have just visited the forum to check if there is any news about the new version of LOWW, but sadly nothing. The reason I checked today is there's another P3D LOWW being discounted on Black Friday. I would prefer Flytampa's, but not even knowing if/when it might be out, I'll try the other. I guess ...

As you can see there is no support for LOWW and customers are being ignored.
I just stopped flying from/to LOWW, which is a pity as I still remember how nice and quick FT support used to be.
