Did you resolve the issue? I am having the same issue. No matter which runway I select, an old runway appears as my waypoint over 5000nm away.

Recently purchased KTPA for FS2004. On approach using GPS I get a waypoint in my localizer list that is approximately 5000nm away. I attached a photo as a reference. I was wondering if anyone knows how to delete these waypoints? Thanks in advance.
