There must be an interfering scenery between EHAM scenery and the original location of the EHAM mesh.

Do you have a global mesh installed, which is locate in scenery_packs.ini not a the very end?

All scenery layers from LGIR are in scenery_packs.ini and are in the correct order.

No additional global mesh installed.

Just tried to reproduce it in XP11 with Zibo 738: Via B / A9 to D31 went fine without any drops. Of course EHAM in XP11 might behave totally differently than EHAM in XP12. I am just curious, because I found other, but similar problems related to bridges, etc (see parallel topic). For testing purpose...

To avoid this kind of hazzle they shouldn't be renamed. There is also no reason to do so.

Google for SAM3, download and install it.

If the four directories for EHAM are in the Custom Scenery folder, then also the installer has done its job.

Try deleting or editing the scenery_packs.ini.

Order of sceneries is a big topic in XP11.

I would assume, that this is an issue with the order in scenery_packs.ini. Try to move all four parts of EHAM to the very top and retry. You could also post your scenery_packs.ini.
