I don't have it installed in P3D, but just running down my list of thoughts... Check your CYYZ Configurator tool to ensure this setting is turned on. it is Install the latest libraries from FT for FSX/P3D. it is Check your P3D Graphics settings to ensure they are high enough to display the graphics...
