Noticed a pretty significant bump on 22L as well. Might be true to life but it was enough to toss the 146 back into the air. I have a small clip of its effect but am not able to post the link here in the forums.

Not sure if this is a FlyTampa issue or just general MSFS weirdness but CYYZ has no markings for taxiways/runways. Just some placeholder base texture.
