I have this issue at Corfu also. If you load in to the airport it's fine but flying in from elsewhere it's not.

This happens with other providers scenery too so it appears to be a p3dv5 problem but no sign of fixing it

I am having the same problem. There is no dynamic lighting on landing but if I start at the airport the dynamic lights work.

This is not just an issue with this scenery, I have seen the same at others but I cannot find a fix anywhere.
