How are you getting the trees there in the first place? I don't have them in my simulator. And no, I don't use a mod to remove them.
I do see the road problems as shown above, but not the trees.

I haven't tried to spawn at EKCH yet (after SU5), but I have had several flights ending there without problems. Can you spawn at another nearby airport, and land at EKCH without crashing?

I have the marketplace version, and it is the new 1.2. However, it doesn't update automatically. You need to go into content manager and start the download.

Of course I can't talk for the other users, but ILS works fine for me at EKCH, all runways. It is only FMC/MCDU that doesn't auto-fill the ILS frequency. I just put it in manually and all is well. It seems store updates ARE independent of sim updates.
