I too have the ground flickering issue, which frankly is a a pain. I plan to stick with V4.5 because there are no CTD with OOM errors which I continually got with V5, so a fix would be very welcome indeed. The advertising does indicate that the scenery is compatible with V 4.5...

Found the issue, corrupted addons config file in users/roaming etc. Now rebuilt, scenery now shows up.

Just upgraded from V1 to V2. Activation E mails received. Scenery is in program files/P3dV4.5 Fly Tampa folder. All my other Fly Tampa scenery are working fine.
