I have the same problem.
I tried even to uninstall and afterwards install.
But nothings seems to work.
Configurator missing!!!
Can anyone help?

Dear, I get "fatal error" 3 to 4 min. into flight when I fly the "Tampa Dubai rebooted scenery V2.3". I presume the errors occur because there is no full compatibility with FTX Global Vector. Other scenery doesn't give that problem. Do you have any solution for this problem. Many thanks for your rep...
