You may want to uninstall it and try without it first. If all goes well in default LGAV then try to reinstall it and start the flight in LGAV and see if it causes the CTD. In my experience this is the only scenery causes CTD.

Do you have any issues after installation using this method? I did exactly the same 3 times and my sim started to crash or to act strange. After uninstalling LGAV everything reverts back to normal.

I am a bit confused. So I have full version on P3Dv4.5. Does it mean I need to contact support to send me a download link for the full version? Will that full version include V5 option? After reinstallation I will need to install this v5 update. Correct? Thanks again.
