I cant get my scenery to load or go on my simulator. It wont show up. Could you guys try and help or give ideas.

I purchased the Maarten Complete scenery package on 10-6-13. Order no. is 5927178. I followed all installation instructions and have all system requirements on my computer and the scenery does not work at all. When I log into Microsoft simulator, there is nothing there. Please help! Thank you, Matthew
