Hi I don’t know if this will help but after updating from V1.6 to 1.7 I did a quick check for the file named maarten_rwy10_papi_units.bgl and that file seems to be only installed if you don’t select the use alternative runway lights option, without it selected I then got the maarten_rwy10_papi_units...
