That may be conflict with oder packages in the community folder. Try deleting existing vegas packages (airport and city) and re-download v2.1 from the installer.

Insignificant errors-you can safely ignore them

This has been answered numerous times on the forum. These errors are of zero significance. P3D may pick up different .fx errors at every iteration/update LM does on their code, so it's impossible to keep up correcting the .fx code-regardless they have no meaning/effect at all for the sim running.

It should be updated in all stores now.

I think every time you install/update a product, you may need to re-run the GSX tool and exclude GSX jetways at KLAS
