The runway lights are barely visible, is there any way to make them brighter?

I just purchased a new download of your TNCM scenery for FSX and it appears that at night there are no landing (runway lights.)

Is this common or is there an issue with the copy of the scenery that I have?

George, It is not pirated, but I don't recall where I purchased it. I have purchased many of the Flytampa sceneries and I lost most because of a hard drive crash. I am however slowly getting things back to normal and had I had the KBOS on a disc that I had saved. Anyway after reinstalling it is work...
