Now Solved!! The following worked for all 3 Airports

I went to Addons and unticked all 3 airports, they should not be showing in Addons.
That's all I did.

Sorry I may have been premature I have large " X " on scenery

I just went into FS9 and noticed config updating.
So I went to CYUL and Gate numbers are now correct and I went to Gate 88 and its now correct.

I believe patch worked , Ignore message
