Problem SOLVED! CAM monitor software from NZXT caused it! Whenever it shows overlay with FPS everything comes to a stop. Tricky part about it: overlay appears in a few areas around the world such as US East Coast. It's not shown in Australia or New Zealand. I just disabled overlay in settings and FP...

2-3 FPS in P3D 4.3
Bought Boston today and was surprised by:
1) Big letters with FPS/CPU/GPU info in the top left corner
2) 2-3 FPS, regardless settings
