After opening the Configurator it completely locks up. It won't even let me "X" out of it. Tried to uninstall and nothing happens.

Don't think I did anything different, but tried it a second time on a different browser and this time it installed properly.

Tried both, same result. Guess I'll need a refund. Should not be this difficult.

I downloaded the attached file and all I got was a notepad full of what looked like hyroglifics.

Data File missing, please ensure you also downloaded:
C:\Users\Owner\desktop/FlyTampa_Boston_Rebooted.dat

I downloaded everything that came with the installer.
