If so, try re-installing the Fly Tampa configuration utility into your P3Dv5 folder and then move the whole Fly Tampa folder (cut and paste) to your Fly Tampa installation location (overwrite files when prompted). Yeah, the configuration tool may have been open. The installation worked first time after rebooting the PC.
