Question: Seeing that I am running Maarten V 1.7 Complete, do I even need the update?

I have FT Maarten Complete V1.7 for FSX installed and showing beautifully. I tried to install the update Maarten FSX 12 but get an error message saying that V1.7 can't be detected. Thanks George. That did it. I just can't imagine where the buildings are located to produce those types of shadows. Maybe the buildings are part of the default Boston scenery, but I get the shadows whether the sun is at 12:00 PM or 5PM. An FSX anomaly?

Solved. I decided to create a flatten file around the perimeter of the runway. It worked.

Changing the Vertex setting from 21 to 20 to 19 also had no positive effect on restoring 33L to the proper level. As you can see by the screen shot, 33L is elevated above the rest of the airport. Only 33L is affected. All other runways are visible and at normal elevation. Set up is this: WIN 7-64 FSX V3 & FS9 V3, with updates UT USA for FS9 FS Genesis Mesh for FS9 AF2_KBOS dummy bgl in World scenery folder....

Thanks. I also use AES for the jetways but GSX for all the service vehicles. I'm really baffled why my GSX won't recognize the Gate assignments in the FT AFCAD. It will only recognize the default AFCAD. I may have to go back to FT TNCM v1 where GSX did recognize the 4 gates.
