Just delete the toronto_lc.bgl and leave the toronto_lc.off only. It will be disabled and you can always re-enable it via the Configurator.

The new 1.5 installer puts two files in the LC\Scenery folder, toronto_lc.off and toronto_lc.bgl. As a result trying to disable LC from the configurator results in it crashing. Removing the .off one rectifies the issue.

Perhaps you had in fsx.cfg?

I uninstalled the scenery and checked the default. Again ILS03R was nowhere to be found even with the default scenery.

I re-installed Athens, but the problem is still there. I really cannot think of anything that could make a selective disappearance of a specific ILS of a runway..
