You can make the gate radius larger with the GSX program right in FSX.

SunSkyJet has the same problem with their KPHL Scenery. Here is the solution to there problem. Try this and see if this helps. Go to your main FSX folder and navigate to this folder: Microsoft Flight Simulator X\aerosoft\AES\AIRPORT Find the file AESA_KPHL_SSJ.CFG and open it with notepad Go to the...
