Well, I'd think the photoscenery would be more like what they've done for Boston or Tampa. I was just trying to be nice and save you the trouble of finding the most relevant post.

You can try FS Recorder - it'll let you replay your flights, so you can fly in formation with yourself.

Well Flight Simulator X works on Windows 8, but I've been running a mostly default install. Don't see any reason FlyTampa's scenery wouldn't work.

Yep that's them. I don't think they are that common any more. Dulles (KIAD) also has them.
Aren't they for transport between terminals, though?

You should probably contact the FSPilotShop or the REX developers for help. I can't give much advice other than to try re-downloading or using an alternate piece of software to extract the archive (e.g. 7-Zip).
