Missing some vehicles

Hello, I am afraid I came upon a strange issue. I used the FS9 version for a while and now in possession of a more powerful computer (notebook Core i7 1.6Ghz, 4GB RAM, Nvidia 230M, Windows 7 64-bit) installed FSX and the FSX Hong Kong Scenery. By and large it installed, but I run into the following:...

Maybe we should take a helicopter and take a closer look. Perhaps there's more. For those, who haven't seen the above sign yet, it is located on Nga Tsin Wai Road, 2-3 blocks Northwest of the airport (behind the Top Banana sign). An easter egg of sorts is also the 747 without tailfin next to the HAE...

Well, after seeing Flytampa's Kai Tak, I don't think looking back at HK2004 is really worth it. The latter had some issues with geography, such as the coordinates differing from the real world (installing a different Afcad would result in aicraft suddenly parking in the water), a humongous checkerbo...

Well, I do feel hesitant to ask, considering the quality of the entire scenery. However, I do miss the swimming restaurants and houseboats at Aberdeen. They were part of the old Hong Kong 2004 scenery and always fun to zoom around.

There is also fs recorder (fs-recorder.net). It's definitely better than the Flight1 program. While it doesn't allow walking around the aircraft or airport, one can program up to 30 different tower, spot and virtual cockpit views. This works particularly well for Kai Tak as you can place views on th...

Traffic around Hong Kong

I currently use the FS2004 version of Fly Tampa. I really like the correct placing of landmarks and the detail of the scenery. While I see cars and buses driving on the access round/Prince Edward Road North of the runway, the perimeter road and all other Hong Kong streets are empty. On a few posted ...

Floaters

Yeah. I had the same issue, except I would see a massive monotonous apron covering the entire area and my plane would suddenly sink in and hit the runway hidden below this giant piece of tarmac. (and usually crash). If you had any previous Hong Kong Scenery installed (Hong Kong 2004 with curved appr...
