Hi, can someone tell me how to create traffic to land on runway 13, have only managed to get them to land on 31 ............

Is there a way of increasing the visual distance/brightness of the IGS strobes from outer marker through to runway(only seem bright when your sitting on top of them).
I am running FSX..and by the way...this scenery is "blumin" awesome!
