Adding Kai-Tak to PMDG FMC in FS9

I've seen lots of FSX helps for this but no FS9, I can't find any navdata folder in PMDG folder in FS9.

I manage to do this to Level-D 767 and i work like a charm but not PMDG.
Anyone who can help me?
