I recently purchased FlyTampa Sydney, but the gates go black when I fly in from another airport and when the lights turn on and off. I have also been experiencing this problem with Toronto. Does anyone have any possible solutions?

I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the software, but I am still experiencing the problem, even with different aircraft.

In attempt to solve the issue, I was planning to uninstall FlyTampa using the configurator within the file. Once I have uninstalled the program, will I be able to reinstall the program the same way I originally downloaded it?

I was using FSX, and this occurs at any time change when airport lights switch from off to on, or on to off.
