I receive this error as well, for what it's worth. P3D v3.1. Haven't tested to see how things look yet.

By the time they finished their update, OMDB would have added 12 hangars and 2 runways. This would end up being a monthly subscription for updates to that airport. That'd be an interesting concept, I suppose
