I'm just curious whether I need to buy the product again. Has Flytampa abandoned their customers that purchased through Aerosoft?

The Aerosoft web site says they only upgrade Kaitak to P3D v4. Does the FlyTampa V5 update for KaitTak work on the Aerosoft version?

I'm wondering how to update to Montreal Ver 1.4. I have my receipt from BMT but they just process the order. There is nothing that tells me where I bought it. I have the registration key and product ID. Thanks in advance.

There was a post on the Aerosoft forums and apparently they have the Version 1.3 upgrade files and are working on clearing up a few problems before releasing them. So it sounds like we're getting closer!

No news on the Aerosoft forums either on the boxed version update. Nobody seems to be saying anything...

I posted on the Aerosoft forum and they have no idea when or even if they are going to get the Kai Tek update from you. I don't know the details of the contractual agreements between you and Aerosoft and, frankly, I don't need to. What I do need is some indication of when I'm going to get the update...

I bought the boxed version from simmarket and they only have updates for the download version. Can I get a link to the upgrade here? Thanks.

umm, my bad. Had a look at my scenery settings from within fs9 and it turns out KSFO had been deactivated somehow. Reactivated it and, guess what? It works. DOh....

This may not be (probably isn't) a FT problem, but my taxiways and tarmac around the airport look like grass. It worked fine before and I don't think (emphasis on think) I've installed anything else that would mess it up. Maybe I should reinstall? Thx!
